Terms of Service

These terms apply when you hire AZ Magics (“we”, “us”) to build or manage an Etsy store for you (“you”, “the client”). Before any work starts, we also confirm your project details in writing by email or in a short client agreement. If that written agreement says something different from this page, the written agreement applies.
1. Our services
- Complete Store Launch ($2,500, one-time): niche and product research, store setup and branding, 40–50 print-on-demand and digital product listings with original designs and SEO, fulfillment setup, weekly progress reports during the build, and a handover of the finished store.
- Store Management ($150 per month): ongoing store upkeep, listing and SEO optimization, order and fulfillment oversight, customer message support, trend research, product updates and weekly reports.
2. Timeline
We aim to have your store ready and handed over within 2 months of the project start date. The timeline depends on you giving us timely access, information and approvals. Delays on Etsy's side (for example account verification or reviews) are outside our control, and we will tell you promptly if they affect the timeline.
3. Payment
- Prices are in US dollars.
- Complete Store Launch is paid in two parts:
- 50% ($1,250) to start. Work begins once this payment is received.
- 50% ($1,250) after month one, once at least 20 products are live in your store and you have received your weekly progress reports, so you can see the work before you pay the balance.
- If the second payment is not received within 7 days of the due date, we may pause work until it is paid.
- Store Management is billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month.
- Not included in our price: Etsy's own fees (listing, transaction, payment processing and any advertising you choose), print-on-demand production and shipping costs, and any paid tools or subscriptions you decide to use. These are paid through your own accounts.
4. Cancellations and refunds
- Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin work on your store, we refund your first payment in full.
- During month one: if you cancel after work has started, the first payment is not refunded, because it covers the research, setup and products already completed. You keep everything we have built up to that point.
- After month one: if you decide not to continue after reviewing month one, you do not owe the second payment. You keep the work completed so far, and we stop work on your store.
- Monthly management fees already paid are not refunded for the current month.
5. Ownership
- Your Etsy store is opened in your name and belongs to you. Etsy pays your earnings directly to you.
- You own the product designs and listing content we create for your store, and we hand over the design files.
- We may mention that we built your store, and show it as an example of our work, only if you agree.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information and keep your Etsy, payment and fulfillment accounts in good standing.
- Give us the account access we need, and review and approve work when we ask.
- Follow Etsy's rules and the law that applies to your business, including taxes on your sales.
7. Original work and Etsy's rules
We create original designs and write listings to follow Etsy's policies. We do not use copied artwork or trademarked phrases. Etsy makes its own decisions about shops and listings, so we cannot control or guarantee Etsy's actions, such as reviews, holds or suspensions.
8. No guaranteed sales or income
We build your store carefully, using what we have learned from running real Etsy shops. Sales depend on many things outside our control, including buyer demand, competition, Etsy's search and your own decisions. We do not promise or guarantee any specific sales, income or results.
9. Account access and privacy
We use access to your accounts only for the work you hired us for, and you can remove our access at any time. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services. We are not liable for lost profits or for indirect losses.
11. Not affiliated with Etsy
Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. AZ Magics is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the date you sign up applies to your project.
